We are Kylie & Ricky, Owners/Directors of Health Heiress and this our story. Health Heiress began 13 years ago on social media as a way to share my Melanoma Cancer journey and help coach people in the Health Heiress Community for free after completing my studies in ayurveda and nutrition in NY. 

Fast forward 12 years and I met Ricky, who is equally passionate about health and wellness. When I met Ricky, I instantly fell in love with his kindness and compassion. He is someone who loves animals, goes out of his way to help look after the homeless and genuinely wants to make the world a happier, healthier place.

Can I place an order for an item that is currently out of stock?

We do not currently offer back-ordering. If an item is out of stock, an estimated restock date (if available) will be provided. To be notified as soon as the item becomes available, simply click the ‘Notify Me’ button on the product page and you’ll receive an automatic email once it’s back.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

Yes—if your order has not yet been finalised or shipped, we can assist. Please email our team as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed and you’ve received a tracking number, we are unable to make further changes.

I paid for express shipping—does that mean faster handling?

No. Express shipping refers to the delivery method with Australia Post. All orders are packed in the order received, as outlined in our terms and conditions. Express orders are shipped via the express network once dispatched.

I need help with my order — who do I contact?

What is the shelf life for your products?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 18–36 months when stored correctly. All batches are clearly marked with expiry dates and batch numbers. For best results, store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

What if I have received items I did not order?

If you received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

I am concerned that the product I have received is spoilt or faulty. What can I do?

We take pride in the quality of our products and want every order to reach you in its best condition. If you believe an item is faulty, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us at sales@healthheiress.au within 7 business days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Seasonal changes: Our all-natural ingredients may vary slightly with the changing seasons, affecting the flavour, colour, texture, and aroma. But rest assured, any differences are minimal and won't compromise the quality of our product. Enjoy the subtle uniqueness that organic herbs have to offer!

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment (Excluding sales periods which may take up to 7-10 business days).

Below is a guide to Australia Post estimated shipping times, we use Australia Post to ship our orders, depending on your location and the size of the order, shipping times may vary. 
State Metro areas (excl Perth): 3-5 business days
Regional areas (Eastern States), Perth: 6-7 business days
WA, NT: 7-9 business days

How can I track my order?

Our system sends automated tracking information and updates. Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and ongoing updates directly from Australia Post. Please check your junk folder and ensure your email address was entered correctly.

Why don’t you offer PayPal as a payment option?

At Health Heiress, we’ve made the conscious decision to remove PayPal from our platform. Unfortunately, PayPal has a history of withholding funds from businesses in the holistic health and wellness space—especially those whose values or offerings don't align with their internal policies. As a result, we can no longer rely on their platform to support our customers and operations with the integrity and consistency we expect.

While we no longer support PayPal, we’ve ensured a safe, secure, and seamless checkout experience through our Shopify store.

How can I change my contact details and/or delivery address?

Contact us immediately via email or SMS. If the order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot intercept or cover costs for replacement or reshipping. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit Card, Shop Pay, AfterPay and Debit Cards. If you would like to place an order and pay by EFT, please contact our support team.

We do not currently offer payment terms. All orders must be paid for at the time of placing your order, before they will be packed and shipped.
