Directions for use:
Adults:
Internally: The seeds can be added to juices, smoothies, salads either whole or ground.
For Maximum Benefit take 40-80 mg/kg of body weight for its anti-parasitic qualities or add a heaped teaspoon to water, juices or smoothies.
Decoction: Take 2 Tablespoons of Seeds and add 2.5 mugs of water to a pot (Not Aluminum) simmer for 20 minutes, strain and consume half in the morning/half in the evening.
Manuka Honey: Heat seeds slightly on the stovetop, grind and mix with manuka honey and consume.
Bath Soak: Can be made into a tea by steeping in boiling water for 5 minutes and adding to warm/hot bath water, soak for 20-30 minutes.
Children:
Heat seeds slightly on the stovetop, grind and mix with manuka honey and consume on a teaspoon with equal ration of manuka honey.
