Gumbi Gumbi is anti-bacterial, anti-pruritic, anti-viral, a powerful detoxifier, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and has potent antioxidant properties. Gumbi Gumbi contains Tannins, Saponins, Triterpenoids, Alkaloids, Cardiac Glycosides, Polysteriods, Anthraquinones, Flavonoids and Phenolic compounds.

Suggested dosage:

Adults:
1 teaspoon twice daily. 
Add to fresh juice, filtered water, coconut water or smoothies. Can be sprinkled on food.

Acute conditions:
Up to 3 heaped teaspoons daily.

Children:
1/8-1/2 a teaspoon in juice, coconut water or smoothies.
