This approach draws inspiration from the principles of Gerson Therapy — a renowned natural healing protocol developed by Dr. Max Gerson. Gerson Therapy centres around:

  • Flooding the body with nutrients: Up to 13 fresh organic juices daily to deliver concentrated vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that penetrate the cells.

  • Detoxifying the liver: Coffee enemas are traditionally used in Gerson Therapy to stimulate bile flow and support the liver in eliminating toxins.

  • Restoring cellular metabolism: A plant-based, low-sodium, high-potassium diet supports mitochondrial function and balances fluid regulation within cells.

  • Drink 13 standard glasses of fresh certified organic juice daily, spaced hourly throughout the day for 30 days.

  • Begin your first juice about an hour after waking, then sip each juice slowly and mindfully.

  • Juice fresh if possible or prepare in bulk and store in airtight glass mason jars with a squeeze of lemon to help prevent oxidation.

Juice 4 – Carrot & Green Apple
Refreshing antioxidant blend for gut + liver support

  • 3 organic carrots

  • 1 green apple

  • Optional: fresh ginger for digestion

Repeat and rotate these throughout the day — aim for one orange juice only and rotate the others to ensure variety and balanced nutrients.
