Wholesale Ordering FAQs
Can I place an order for an item that is currently out of stock?
We currently do not have a back-ordering system, an estimated ETA will be given if we have one available.
Can I change an order after it has been placed?
Once payment is successfully submitted, the order will be finalised, and no further changes can be made. Before completing your payment, please check details carefully.
What is the minimum wholesale order value?
The minimum wholesale order value is $300.00 (ex GST) for orders placed via our online store. Health Heiress offer a 35% discount off our range for our wholesale customers.

What is the shelf life for your products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 18-36 months from the time of production, under ideal storage conditions. Our stock is generally made to order and used by dates and batch numbers are recorded on each individual item. The ideal storage conditions will vary for different products, but in general a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from warm areas, will be the best for keeping our products as fresh as possible.
What if I have received items I did not order?
If you received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
I am concerned that the product I have received is spoilt or faulty. What can I do?
We always want our customers to experience each product in optimum condition. If you are concerned that what you have received is not in its ideal state, please contact our support team within 5 business days of receiving the goods.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Below is a guide to shipping times, we use Australia Post to ship our orders, depending on your location and the size of the order, shipping times may vary.
State Metro areas (excl Perth): 3-5 business days
Regional areas (Eastern States), Perth: 6-7 business days
WA, NT: 7-9 business days
NOTE: To ensure your order is processed the next business day, please complete your order before 12pm.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information for your order is sent to the email address provided when your order is dispatched. If you do not receive this, please contact our wholesale manager.
What are your shipping rates for bulk goods?
We offer free standard shipping for our wholesale orders. If you require Express Shipping, please email our support team at wholesale@healthheiress.au before placing your order.
How can I change my contact details and/or delivery address?
For any changes to your contact information, please contact our support team via email at wholesale@healthheiress.au PRIOR to placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Credit Card, Shop Pay, AfterPay and Debit Cards. If you would like to place an order and pay by EFT, please contact our support team. We do not currently offer payment terms. All orders must be paid for at the time of placing your order, before they will be packed and shipped.
