Ingredients:

Food Grade Australian Organic Bentonite Clay.

Suggested Usage for Powders:

Use as directed by a healthcare provider.

Internally: Mix 1.5 teaspoon of Bentonite Clay in filtered water and consume daily.

Detox: 2.5 tsps mixed in water 3 times daily for 2 weeks, commence maintenance dose after this time.

Maintenance: 1 level tsp mixed in water, twice daily.

Externally: Bathe in warm/hot water and 1 cup of Bentonite Clay for 20-30 minutes to ionize metals and draw them out of the body.

Face/Body Mask: Make a paste by mixing 3 parts clay and 1 part filtered water, apply directly to clean skin, adding a teaspoon of manuka honey to help nourish dry skin and for added hydration.

Foot/Armpit Detox: Mix 3 parts clay with 1 part water to make a paste and apply to area for 15-20 mins, rinse with warm water to remove.

When using Bentonite Clay DO NOT use metal spoons and bowls as they will react with them reducing most of its healing properties and can cause the Zeolite, Bentonite Clay & Activated Charcoal to lose its negative charge.

I recommend using Bamboo spoons which are safe to use, they are antibacterial and antifungal. They are toxin-free, bamboo never needs pesticides, fertilizers, and chemicals to grow.

We now have Bamboo spoons available for purchase.
