Free Guide
Nice to meet you!
Parasite Activity and the Full Moon
Increased Parasite and Microorganism Activity
Each month, as the moon reaches her radiant fullness, she illuminates more than the night sky. She stirs the tides, the soil, and the energy within us. Ancient cultures recognised this as a time when the body was most open to cleansing and release. The Full Moon was traditionally seen as the peak of purification, a sacred moment to let go, lighten, and begin anew.
Around the Full Moon, the body experiences shifts in neurotransmitters such as serotonin and melatonin. Melatonin (which suppresses parasites) decreases, while serotonin increases. Parasites use serotonin to move, feed, and reproduce.
This makes them more active, more vulnerable, and easier to eliminate. This is why the Para Cleanse capsules begin 3 days before the Full Moon. You are targeting parasites during their peak activity window.
The Full Moon Cleanse is not simply a protocol. It's a ritual of reconnection. It invites you to align your inner world with nature's rhythm, honour your body's wisdom, and allow gentle renewal to unfold from within.Health Heiress

Microscopic Parasites
About 90% of parasites are microscopic (protozoa).
- Giardia lamblia (giardiasis)
- Plasmodium spp. (malaria)
- Toxoplasma gondii (toxoplasmosis)

Biofilm Formation
Parasites can create a biofilm inside organs, not just limited to the intestines, which can make them harder to remove.

Understanding Binders
Why They're Important & Which Ones to Use
Binders are essential during the Para Cleanse because they capture and remove the toxins released as parasites, fungi, and microorganisms die. Without a binder, these toxins can recirculate in the body and cause strong "die-off" symptoms such as headaches, nausea, fatigue, bloating, brain fog, and skin breakouts.
When parasites die, they release ammonia, heavy metals, acidic waste, biofilm debris, and inflammatory toxins. Binders prevent these from overwhelming your liver, gut, and lymphatic system.
Using a binder helps to:
- Reduce detox symptoms
- Support bowel regularity
- Protect the liver and lymphatic system
- Prevent toxin reabsorption
- Improve cleanse results
Our Preferred Binder
Bowel Protect & Biome Support
This is our recommended binder for the entire cleanse because it is gentle, effective, and supports both detox and digestion.
Use it:
- Daily for 1 week before starting Para Cleanse capsules
- 1 hour after the Para Cleanse capsules or nightly before bed
- Up to 30 days at a time
Other Binder Options We Offer
All binders must be taken 1 hour after the Para Cleanse capsules or before bed, and away from food, supplements, and medications.
Biofilms
Removing parasites and parasitic biofilms from the body requires a multi-faceted approach because biofilms are protective layers that parasites form to shield themselves from the immune system and treatments. To remove parasitic biofilms, you need a combination of enzymes, natural biofilm disruptors, antioxidants, and strategies to detoxify and support gut health. This holistic approach can make it easier for your body to eliminate parasites and heal from any damage they may have caused.
Here's a breakdown of effective methods to break down and remove parasitic biofilms:
- Bromelain: A pineapple enzyme that can help degrade the biofilm and support digestive health.
- Gubinge (Kakadu Plum): A potent antioxidant rich in Vitamin C that can help break down biofilms and support the immune system.
- Curcumin (from Turmeric): Known for its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, it can help weaken biofilms, making parasites easier to eliminate.
- Wormwood: Known for its ability to kill parasites, it may help break down biofilms and target parasitic infections.
- Clove Powder: Clove is known for its ability to kill eggs and larvae, for its antimicrobial properties and can disrupt biofilms, especially when combined with other parasite-killing herbs.
- Black Walnut: Contains compounds that may help break down the biofilm matrix and kill parasites.
Cloves, Black Walnut Hull, and Wormwood
Effective Parasite, Fungi, and Microorganism Fighters
Why is this important?
Cloves, Black Walnut Hull, and Wormwood are natural parasite, fungi, and microorganism fighters. From intestinal worms to fungal infections and harmful bacteria, these herbs provide a holistic solution for cleansing and maintaining optimal health. With their potent antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties, they help restore balance, improve digestion, and enhance overall wellness.
Cloves, Black Walnut Hull, and Wormwood have been used for thousands of years to target parasites. From ancient cultures like the Greeks and Romans to Indigenous North Americans, these herbs have stood the test of time for their antiparasitic properties. They were trusted remedies for intestinal worms, fungal infections, and digestive health, proving to be powerful natural solutions across centuries.
Cloves have been used for centuries in traditional medicine for their antimicrobial and antifungal properties. Dating back to ancient China and India, cloves were utilised to treat various ailments, including digestive issues and parasitic infections.
Black walnut hull has been used for over 1000 years in North American and European herbal medicine for its antimicrobial and antiparasitic properties. Indigenous peoples in North America were known to use the bark and hulls of black walnut to treat intestinal parasites, including tapeworms and roundworms.
Wormwood has been used for over 2,000 years in traditional herbal medicine for its anthelmintic (worm-expelling) properties, particularly for roundworms, tapeworms, and hookworms. It was used by the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans to treat intestinal parasites and digestive issues. It was also used to stimulate digestion and promote bile production, making it effective for eliminating parasites from the gut.

Preparing for the Para Cleanse
Detox Pathways Preparation: Before starting the cleanse, it's important to open detox pathways with the following steps:
Bowel Support: Use Bowel Protect & Biome Support (preferred binder) to support bowel movements and toxin elimination.
Lymphatic Support: Lymphatic Tapping, Dry brushing, Saunas or use Burdock Root, Red Clover Tea for lymphatic drainage and kidney support.
Antioxidants: Increase antioxidants with Celtic Sea Salt, fresh lemon juice and Gubinge (rich in bioavailable Vitamin C), which can also help break down parasitic biofilms and stimulate the adrenals. Organic grape juice and wild blueberries are also some of my go to antioxidants.
Physical Movement: Incorporate activities like rebounding, walking, or lymphatic drainage exercises a week or two before starting the cleanse to enhance circulation and drainage.
Limit Exposure to EMFs: Limit exposure to phones, laptops, Wi-Fi, and other EMF sources. Turn off routers when not in use and spend time outside to encourage healthy circulation.
Diet Adjustments: Reduce red meat, processed foods, refined sugars, gluten, dairy, seed oils, and alcohol for 1 to 2 weeks before starting the cleanse. This will help reduce the energy needed to digest foods and decrease the Herxheimer reaction (die-off symptoms), which occur when toxins from dying parasites flood the system.
Detox Support: Use a binder daily during the cleanse such as Bowel Protect & Biome Support, Zeo, Activated Zeo Capsules, Fulvic Humic Concentrate, Bentonite Clay, or Activated Charcoal 1hr after the Para Cleanse capsules to bind and remove toxins, and commence the binder of choice a week prior to the cleanse.
