Great introduction to a gentle cleanse
There was no instructions on the best way to start the cleanse. I started everything all at once with the instructions on the packs. I then read in one of the comments on a Facebook thread that I should do the para cleanse first before starting the heavy metal detox part and that I was meant to receive an email with instructions that I never received. It made me constipated. You should include instructions in the pack. I feel like I’ve waisted my money and now potentially absorbed more of the metals I was hoping to get rid of with doing the cleanse. I’m disappointed! INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PACK!! I never received a wooden spoon as shown in the advert either.

I felt I had more energy just taking the binder before I even started the Paracleanse. Currently on Day 6 of the cleanse - have seen 2 worms...but obviously many more that I haven't seen.
