14 days in to my detox and just WOW! The first week was a bit full on, but considering I haven't done a detox in all my 40 years it was definitely expected, flushed me out completely! Product does what it is designed to do
If you want to take these as a detox I would recommend purchasing the 400g packs. I unfortunately purchased the 100g and have already run out of the bentonite clay as it is recommend to take 2.5 teaspoons 3x a day. I will have to order more. Apart from that so far so good.
