Wholesale Terms of Service

  • Wholesale accounts must provide a valid ABN and current business information.

  • We reserve the right to modify wholesale discounts and shipping rates with 14 days’ written notice.

  • Product prices may change in line with supplier costs. All changes will reflect online but may not be announced individually.

  • Payment must be made at checkout. We accept Credit Card, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Debit Card, and EFT by request.

  • We do not offer payment terms. Orders will not be packed or shipped until payment is received.

  • By applying for a wholesale account, you authorise Health Heiress to use your business name, logo, and location for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to terminate a wholesale partnership with 14 days’ notice.

Why We No Longer Offer PayPal

We have chosen to remove PayPal from our platform. Unfortunately, PayPal has a history of withholding funds from businesses in the holistic health space, and this no longer aligns with our commitment to reliable and ethical operations.

To ensure secure transactions, we use Shopify’s Fraud Defender, which helps protect both our store and customers. Your payment and personal details are safeguarded with 128-bit SSL encryption and Shopify’s Buyer Protection.
