Suggested Dosage: 

Use as directed by a health care professional.

Adults: 1/2-1 Teaspoon of Activated Coconut Charcoal in a 250ml glass of filtered water. Followed by a 250ml Glass of Plain Filtered water.

Teeth Whitening: Wet Toothbrush and dab the toothbrush in Activated Charcoal and gently brush the teeth, rinse when finished as you would if using toothpaste, do this a few times a week for whiter, brighter teeth.

Facial Scrub: Grind a tablespoon of Nigella sativa in a mortar and pestle, empty into a clean bowl, add 2 teaspoons of castor oil, and a Tablespoon of Activated Charcoal, mix together and gently massage clean skin. Rinse with warm water. Optional: Apply Castor oil and leave overnight.

Face Mask: Mix a Teaspoon of Castor Oil with a Teaspoon of Activated Charcoal powder, using a clean brush, brush over skin, avoiding the eye area and leave for 10-20 mins, rinse with warm water to remove.

Bath: Add half a cup to bath water and soak for 20-30 mins.

Safety & Cautions: Always take Activated Charcoal on an empty stomach around 60 to 90 minutes before eating or taking any other supplements or medication. Activated Charcoal may be safe during pregnancy if you are using it occasionally, check with a health care professional before use. Safe for breastfeeding women. 

When using Activated Charcoal, DO NOT use metal spoons and bowls as they will react with them reducing most of its healing properties and can cause the Activated Charcoal to lose its negative charge.

I recommend using Bamboo spoons which are safe to use, they are antibacterial and antifungal. They are toxin-free, bamboo never needs pesticides, fertilizers, and chemicals to grow.
