Internal: Mix 1 tsp with filtered water once or twice daily on an empty stomach. Follow with a full glass of water. Begin gently and increase slowly as desired.
Face Mask: Mix 3 parts clay to 1 part water. Apply for 10-15 min, rinse with warm water.
Detox Bath: Add ½-1 cup to warm bathwater, soak for 20-30 min.
Foot or Body Application: Apply as a paste for 15-20 min, then rinse.
